Technical Support & Testing Analyst – Application Support 
London, WC1B (with occasional travel to our client’s sites in London and the surrounding area)

All of this makes for the ideal position in which to grow, progress and take charge of your career. As a Technical Support & Testing Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving a variety of customers’ IT issues and providing an outstanding level of service. Leading from the front, you will utilise your technical and analytical expertise to quickly resolve customer requests and issues. Liaising with the Development and Management Teams, you will take full ownership of customer problems and see them through to a successful conclusion. Working within SLA targets, you will also test system and software changes, allowing you to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s platform. As part of your role, you will be required to work at our client’s other sites in London and the surrounding area, so the flexibility to travel is key. To be considered for this role, you must have:- Experience of working within an application support team and resolving real problems faced by businesses 
- A degree (or equivalent), ideally a Master’s, in science, technology, engineering or mathsAs a Technical Support & Testing Analyst, you must have superb communication and problem-solving skills.
