Trintech is seeking a talented and enthusiastic new business Sales Manager to sell Trintech's solutions into the office of the CFO of large UK Corporates. The selected candidate will inherit a few existing opportunities and the key focus will be to develop their territory, supported by marketing, business development and telemarketing resources. The employee will be responsible for full sales cycle management – prospecting through contract signature
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of accounting and experience of selling a SaaS solution. You will be supported and surrounded by some of the best and brightest people in the industry - people who care about our customers and care about helping them achieve the results they seek. Responsibilities:
  • Achieve budgeted quotas in recurring revenue
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Manage internal resources to complete customer analysis, presentation and proposals
  • Report market opportunities and barriers while suggesting solutions
  • Identify, analyse and present industry-specific business factors to support sales efforts
  • Report competitive and customer issues with possible solutions
  • Establish and maintain senior level relationships within the office of finance of prospective clients
  • Diligent tracking of all activities, contacts, and opportunities in salesforce.com
  • Contract negotiation and finalization within established guidelines, processes and approvals

 

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise, finance/accounting and/or SaaS solutions software 
  • Record as a top performer relative to peers
  • Thorough understanding of customer-facing sales processes and techniques
  • Dynamic communication skills (verbal and written) for interaction with a diverse set of client roles (Controller, CFO, VP of Finance, Head of Shared Service Centre and Head of Internal Audit)
  • General understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience in software and selling to finance professionals is a major advantage
  • Ability to prepare and present clear business and technical analysis
  • Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office software products and general computer systems
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Successful track record in one or more of the following is a major advantage: 

1.Financial Software Applications,

2.ERP
